Ohio University Transportation Services offers a wide range of vehicles in our fleet to meet your every Transportation need. Our fleet includes mid-size cars, full-size cars including two hybrids. mini-vans (with fold down seat cargo), 8 passenger vans, 12 passenger vans, and caro vans. Our vehicles must be used for official University business or student organization activities. Our vehicles can be reserved daily, weekly, or for long-term rentals. Charges must be billable to a current University account or to a current University Student account. All driver's of our vehicles must possess a valid U.S. drivers license, which must be shown at the time of the vehicle pickup. Our professional team of Ohio University drivers are also available for hire, we will do the driving for you or assist in the pick-up and or return of University guests to and from the airport.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Vehicles must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee - which is the one day cost of the vehicle rental.

Weekend rentals - Keys and paperwork must be picked up Friday before 4:30 PM
