Ohio University Transportation Services handles all of your fueling needs for the City of Athens and Ohio University vehicles and equipment.

Transportations' fueling system requires two fuel cards one for an identification card and another for the vehicle and/or equipment. Whenever needing fuel reports to track numerous items. Please contact Ron Ritchie at 740-597-3169 to find out more about fuel reports. If you would like to obtain itemized fuel reports please call during normal business hours.

In order to obtain new swipe cards please stop by the Transportation office Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM If you would like to have your cards ready ahead of time please send an email to ritchier@ohio.edu with a list of driver(s) and a list of vehicles with license plate(s) numbers.

Two gas pumps and one diesel pump. Off-campus gas credit cards are also available for departmental use.

Fueling station is open 24-7/365 DAYS A YEAR

Office hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM closed on weekends and University holidays.
