Please note that it takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to get from Athens, Ohio to Port Columbus Airport

An ohio University chaperone will be waiting at the baggage claim area with a sign that says "Ohio University" chaperones are wearing Green Ohio University shirts.

Depending on the head count of students there will either be a 55 passenger charter bus or we will use our CATS shuttle buses.  

If your flight is DELAYED our driver(s) will wait ONE hour past the scheduled time, if you do miss the shuttle you will need to contact our offices to let us know that your flight was delayed, please contact our pager services at 740-230-1153 a University driver will be in contact with you if they are scheduled to drive, you will then need to wait for the next available shuttle. Please note that our offices are closed on the WEEKENDS as well as University Holidays. If you call our offices and leave a message we will get back with you the following business day.

**All reservations are final and the fee is NON refundable. Please do not submit multiple requests. For each multiple submission you will be charged per entry. If you submit a request for a day we do not run you will be charged per submission as our dates and times are clearly listed below**

Transportation Services offers charter bus transportation from Port Columbus Airport to Ohio Universities Athens Campus. Now for any student who can provide a PID #

COST? :

For our airport shuttle service our cost is $25.00 per student. This fee will be charged to your student account upon making your reservation online. All reservations are final and the fee is non-refundable. Seating is limited and reservations will be made on a first come first serve basis. After making your reservation you will then receive an email confirmation (Email confirmations are not sent on weekends, Universities holidays, or after posted business hours, if you do not receive an email confirmation within 72 hours of your reservation please call our offices).

WHEN? :

On-line reservations will begin one month prior to the first day of each quarter and one month prior to the last day of the quarter. The shuttle service from Port Columbus Airport to Athens, Ohio will operate for approximately three weeks prior to the start of fall quarter, then three days prior to the beginning and end of all other quarters.
