Table & Chair Rental
Table & chair rental is available to all departments and student organizations within Ohio University. Tables & chairs are rented on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you place your order the more assured you will be of your request. Set-up is available upon request at additional cost.

Ohio University Moving services has in stock 250 ea. 30"x72" folding tables, 25 ea. 5' round tables, and 600 folding chairs.

Prices are as follows:
- $2.00   per  6' rectangle table
- $3.00   per  5' round table
- $0.50   per  chair
- $33.00 delivery fee

Delivery fee based on $33.00 per hour and size of order.

Stage Rental
Ohio University Moving Services provides stage rental to departments and student organizations of Ohio University.

Departments and other organizations wishing to rent the stage will be billed.
- Rental fee for stage is as follows:

16ft x 16ft stage = $200.00
16ft x 25ft stage = $300.00
16ft x 32ft stage = $400.00

Anyone requesting to rent the stage must sign a contract holding them responsible for any damage that may occur in the misuse of the stage and not holding Moving Services responsible for accidents that may occur during the use of the stage. The contract will be signed at Building # 9 The Ridges before construction of the stage will be performed.
