Our lease year extends from July 1 to June 30; however students may apply for housing 8 months prior to fall quarter or quarterly thereafter. Residents may also terminate a lease anytime during the calendar year upon completing their studies at Ohio University. A 30-day advanced written notification is required.

Once an apartment is offered, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to reserve the apartment. The security deposit is non-refundable due to cancellation.
