Due to University Apartments popularity, there is always a waiting list for our Wolfe Street Apartment Complex. Applicants are placed on the waiting list according to the date the application is received.
Applicants must meet certain requirements to be considered eligible for University Apartments. Eligibility is given in the priority order that is listed below:
- Married or single parents with children
- Married couples with no children
- Graduate students or students 23 years of age or older
- Faculty or staff
Undergraduate students who are married or have a child must be enrolled and maintain full-time status. Graduate associates, teaching fellows, and doctorial candidates must maintain 9 graduate hours or receive permission from the appropriate Housing staff.
Priority for assignment of apartments is based on the date your application is received.
