After your application has been received, it will be processed during normal business hours.

Once the application has been processed and approved, based on apartment availability, an offer will be sent to you via e-mail requesting a security deposit in the amount of one month's rent to reserve the apartment. The security deposit is non-refundable due to cancellation.
