Online Contracts: Where do you start?

Check out the Tips & Hints for information on completing an online contract, contract changes (i.e., roommates), deposit refunds, and contract cancellation.

Then, start with Step 1 (available M-F from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm). After reviewing and accepting the housing contract terms and conditions, you will be prompted to log in to the online contract process with your Oak information.

Agree to Terms and Conditions. This site will be available beginning at 8:00 am on Friday, April 4th, 2008. 

Recent Questions & Answers

Q: I've already paid the housing deposit, but the contract process says I haven't. What's up?

A: After completing your online contract, the online system will be updated within 72 hours to reflect any past or recent deposit payments.

Qualify for an exemption?

Students wanting to commute from home, live in a fraternity/sorority or one of the standard exemptions.

Need to check your contract status?

You can view your original contract by logging back into Step 1.
