Freshman beginning Fall 2008: You may make changes to your housing contract or add/delete roommates until June 15, 2008. Click on "New Student Contract" and log in with your OAK ID and password to access your contract. 2008-2009 Housing Deposit Refund Deadline: Refund requests from new freshman must be made in writing and received in the Housing Office by May 1. Transfer students may request a refund of their deposit until June 1. Requests must be in writing (e-mail, fax, or letter). Returning Student Contracts and Room Selection: * Please note: Credit hours earned by students while attending high school (via advanced placement, Senate Bill 140, etc.) will not be considered toward exemption eligibility from the housing requirements. Charge Adjustment Policy: Room changes made during the academic year will result in a reduction or addition of charges to the student account at the time that the move is completed. Students are responsible for bearing the cost of the style of room in which they are living regardless of whether the student initiated the room change during the "Room Change Process" or if the change resulted from an administrative move made by Housing or Residence Life.
