Dining Services' meal plans offer up to 20 all-you-care-to-eat meals each week in a span of 34 meal periods. A wide variety of appetizing foods is available in convenient locations across campus. Whatever your tastes, virtually any food craving can be satisfied at one of the dining halls. We encourage you to visit the various locations and try all of our menus.

Traditional Menu
The traditional menu is offered in every dining hall during each meal period and includes more than 100 selections each day in unlimited portions (except for a few special-occasion meals).
At breakfast, the traditional selection includes breakfast meats; three styles of eggs; a variety of bagels and English muffins; pancakes; French toast or waffles; 12 kinds of cereals; gourmet coffees; 2 percent, skim or chocolate milk; assorted juices; and fresh fruit along with donuts and pastries from our own campus bakery.
At lunch and dinner the traditional menu features both old favorites and new recipes drawn from a variety of different regional and world cuisines.
The choices include three hot entrees (one of them vegetarian), vegetables, potatoes, soup and an extensive salad bar. Dessert options include pies, cakes, cookies, nonfat frozen yogurt, ice cream and fresh fruit.
To round-off your meal, you can choose from more than a dozen beverages, several varieties of breads and rolls, peanut butter, jelly and your favorite condiments. Its not as convenient as home, but on the other hand, you'll never have to do the dishes. |

Fast Food
A popular assortment of quick foods is available at every lunch and dinner. Daily choices include hamburgers, cheeseburgers, garden burgers, fish sandwiches, grilled cheese on white or wheat breads, hot dogs and french fries or fried potatoes. Other popular items such as chicken nuggets, seafood nuggets, and jumbo fish sticks are occasionally added to the daily selections. |

Deli
Brand name deli meats and our own freshly made egg and tuna salads are featured in this popular lunch option. Other daily choices include several varieties of sliced lunch meat and cheese; bagels with cream cheese or strawberry preserves; and an assortment of breads, buns and rolls. |

Pasta Bar
Several varieties of pastas and sauces are featured in this dinner option. Pasta bar selections are vegetarian, low in fat and a great source of energy for busy students. |

Make Your Own Waffles (at breakfast)
Hot waffle irons and fresh batter are ready each day at breakfast to make your own jumbo Belgian Waffles. This is offered at Jefferson Sunday-Friday at lunch as well. |

Carving Station
One of the following meats; roast beef, turkey, ham, or pork loin are carved to order at dinner Monday-Friday at Nelson and Sunday-Thursday for dinner at Boyd, Jefferson, and Shively. |

| Cafe BiblioTech is located on the 2nd floor of Alden Library. Alden Library and serves gourmet coffee, latte, cappuccino, sandwiches, soup, salads, fresh fruit, and assorted cold beverages. All food items are prepared at West 82 Food Court and shipped over fresh daily. We accept cash, Bobcat cash, Points, and Mastercard/Visa/American Express at this location. |

Grab 'n' Go
Grab 'n' Go offers students on any meal plan the option of a carry-out meal instead of eating in the dining hall. Select from the Traditional, Fast Food, Pasta Bar and Deli menus, as well as a variety of salads, desserts, soups and beverages. Boyd Grab 'n' Go offers deli sandwiches, wraps, and deluxe salads. Items may be purchased ala carte.
This option is offered Monday through Friday at lunch and Monda through Thursday at dinner. |

Asian Food "Zen"
A popular assortment of Asian specialties is available at dinner. Selections include egg rolls, regular and fried rice, lo mein noodle dishes, General Tso's chicken, sweet & sour pork, Hunan chicken, pepper steak and others. The main entrees are rotated daily and there is always a vegetarian option available. |
