The Facilities Management Work Center is staffed from 7:00 am to 1:30 am, Monday – Friday and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 1:30 am to serve the needs of the University faculty, staff and students. If you have a life or property threatening emergency after 3:30 pm Monday – Friday, on Saturday or Sunday, contact the campus police department at 740-593-1911.

The Work Center’s primary mission is to act as the liaison between the University community and Facilities Management.

The Facilities Management Work Center staff receives work requests (work orders) from within the University community and distributes them to the appropriate trade/custodial personnel.

All work requests are processed through the Facilities Management Work Center. Utilizing TMA, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), we have the ability to receive work orders by phone, fax and via the Internet.

We strongly encourage our customers to use the online work request to provide services that are tailored to your needs and requirements.
