Mail Services

Mail Services wants each and every department on campus to take advantage of cost- and time-saving programs. We realize that the mailing needs of each department vary and we are willing to work with each and every department on an individual basis to ensure that your mail is handled in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

Moving & Surplus

The Moving & Surplus Department, a division of Campus Services, is responsible for administering all Ohio University moving & surplus services to 40 Residence Halls and 65 general fund buildings on the Athens campus.The surplus department also provides support to regional campuses.

Printing & Graphic Services

Our mission is to provide the absolute best value in design, printing, and copying. Our highly creative in house design team, as well as our award winning printing and bindery craftspeople, are prepared to complete your job. Whether you have a simple black and white copy job, a complex full-color piece, or the need for balloons or ink pens, we will excel in fulfilling your communication needs.

Transportation & Parking Services

Transportation Services is comprised of Motor Pool Operations, Charter Bus Operations, CATS/Campus Shuttle, University Service Garage, Campus Fueling Station, CATCAB Service, Vehicle registration/titling and licensing, and Parking Services. Transportation Services is responsible for the complete servicing and annual inspection of over 500 University vehicles. This service includes major and minor repair to all vehicle components, preventative maintenance, light body work, and fabrication. Transportation Services provides two over-the-road motor coaches, one shuttle bus and motor pool vehicles for rental by University faculty, staff, student and other organizations. Additionally, Transportation Services administers a vehicle lease program for University Departments.
