Tired of having to hike from one end of campus to the other? Fed up with having to climb “the hill” every morning? Having a hard time finding a convenient place to park on main campus? If so, then...

Ohio University Campus Area Transit Service, or “CATS” provides transportation for University students, faculty, staff and visitors throughout campus. Best of all, it’s FREE! No pass or ID is needed to ride. Just look for one of our many bus stop signs around campus and hop on a CATS shuttle. It’s that easy! For your convenience, arrival times are marked at each stop. All CATS stops are handicap accessible.

SUMMER CATS SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Due to recent reductions in funding, there will be no CATS Shuttle service provided during summer quarter. Regular service will start again at the begining of fall quarter.

West Union Loop

The West Union Loop provides service from the Biochemistry area of West State Street to main campus to Mill Street Apartments and to East Green. Highlighted areas along this route include: Athens Garden Apartments, Life Sciences / Stocker, Baker University Center, Jefferson Hall and Mill Street Apartments.
